    Waterbed on hardwood oak floors?

Is it ok to put a waterbed on a hardwood oak floor? Should some sort of carpet or rug be placed underneath? What kind of damage can I expect?

    Thanks.

Yes it is ok to put a waterbed on a oak floor but be sure your waterbed should haven't any leakage of water otherwise it will harm your hardwood oak floor. You can add some designer cotton made rugs for your floor to keep safe your oak floor from outside damages.

If the bed never moves and no water leaks out then you should expect no dammage. But if you try to pull the bed when it is full and heavy then you are going to scratch your wood floors.
