We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Recruiting Department here at Restoration Hardware.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support recruitment team in all administrative aspects as needed
Proficient use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS): including job postings, updating data and managing recruiting reports
Manage all internal and external job postings and job board websites
Manage the candidate interview process: schedule interviews, candidate travel and expenses as needed
Create and distribute candidate correspondence including interview schedules, candidate references, new hire paperwork, offer letters, and orientation confirmations
Initiate background screening process
Support Temporary Staffing needs: working with temp agencies as needed, tracking all temporary hires throughout employment, and process all recruitment invoices
Develop relationships with Hiring Leaders and cross-functional teams to assure new hires are set up for their first day
Support for the Field organization with job postings, offer letters and background screening process as needed
Provide timely follow-up communication to candidates regarding employment and interview status
Support the pre-screen process for entry-level positions during peak recruitment times
Support recruitment team in tracking and organization all recruitment reporting
Involvement in other recruitment projects assigned as needed

Job Related Competencies:
2+ years previous experience working in a an HR or Recruiting administrative/support environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects, workload and business partners in a fast paced environment
Ability to adapt to adapt to change
Must possess a high-level of maturity and discretion surrounding all confidential documents and information
Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and posses energy and excitement throughout the recruitment process
Excellent Customer Service skill; providing timely and consistent follow-up
Experience with database system, especially ATS, a plus
Previous Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred
