While we would like to do more upgrading to our bathroom, our budget allows for just a new vanity sink and faucet. Any cool tips to add some big bang for the buck on this small project?

For large and small projects, you can add class if you choose suite-type bathroom fixtures and accessories.

Suite or "collection" bathroom fixtures are offered by some manufacturers and are designed to match each other. In your case, you may find a vanity, sink, faucet, towel rack and even a countertop soap dispenser that are all part of the same collection. These fixtures are all styled the same with matching finishes on the faucet, towel bar and the soap dispenser. Fixtures are also available in many different design groupings.

So, chances are you'll find a collection to match your budget.

Bottom line: Once guests notice you even have a coordinating soap dispenser, I'll bet your little bathroom job will get some suite compliments.
