I want to buy a shade for my table lamp which has a 20w energy saving light bulb in it. I am finding this light very hard on my eyes and want to shade it but I do not know what maximum shade wattage to buy. Most seem to be for max 60 watts (old type bulbs). They do not relate to the 20w energy saving type. Can anyone out there advise me what to buy. Thanks
