I am looking for the name of an antique table.?

I want a table, it is wooden. It resembles a sideboard buffet table. On the outside are two doors that open to reveal 4 wooden (folding chairs). It is approximately 28"H x 38" W x 22.5" L. The table extends to accommodate table leafs. Does anyone know the name of this table? It may be an antique I can not find it on any contemporary furniture websites. I have one that has been in my family for over 50 years and now would like to purchase one as a gift.

I think this table's name is Saginaw Expand O Matic dining table. Its two doors and four wooden folding chairs. It is very cheapest dining table with chairs. According to me, The wooden furniture online site is the best to buy the new furnitures.
